How do I cancel or edit my order after it's been placed?

Once your order is placed there is a 30-minute window in which it can be cancelled or edited before it goes into processing. If we can catch it within the first 30-minutes there is a good chance we can make those changes for you.

If you are trying to cancel your order after that 30-minute period, unfortunately, we won't be able to change it. Your order will come with a prepaid shipping label, so you can always return it after it has been delivered.
