Can I cancel or edit my order after it's been placed?

If you need to make any changes to your order, we can do this up to 10 minutes after the order is placed. Give us a call ASAP at (512) 271-2215. If you are trying to reach us outside of our business hours (Monday-Friday 9AM-6PM CST, Saturday 11AM-5PM) send us a message and we’ll get to it first thing when we’re back in the office.

If you are trying to edit or cancel your order after that 10-minute period, unfortunately, we might not be able to make those changes.  We do offer free Returns and Exchanges, so you can always Return or Exchange it after it has been delivered.
