If you need to make any changes to your order, we can do this up to 30 minutes after the order is placed. Give us a call ASAP at (512) 291-3385. If you are trying to reach us outside of our business hours (Monday-Friday 9AM-6PM CST, Saturday 11AM-5PM) send us a message and we’ll get to it first thing when we’re back in the office.
If you are trying to edit or cancel your order after that 30-minute period, unfortunately, we might not be able to make those changes. Your order will come with a prepaid shipping label, so you can always return or exchange it after it has been delivered.
