If your order came with the prepaid UPS shipping label, you can use this to send your gift back to us.
We can offer an exchange for a different size/style or we can give you a credit on your account.
Send us a message and select a Return as your contact purpose, please indicate that this order was a gift and if you'd like an exchange, please confirm the shipping address where you would like the exchange order to be sent. If you need a new shipping label then request a new one to be emailed to you and we will make sure you are taken care of!
